A totally ecologic product

The Fish Farming Station is located on the Isla Pavón island, in the Comandante Luis Piedra Buena locality, Santa Cruz province. Water courses and espejos de agua of this zone offer unique conditions for the breeding of Salmonidae.

Thanks to the extensive fish farming method adopted by our company -the introduction of an aquatic organism in an environment adequate for its growth and development, and its subsequent catch- the resulting breeding is totally natural. As the human intervention is minimal, the product obtained is wholly ecologic.
